Contacts

Your complete address book can be stored online - and accessible from any web browser - in the Contacts feature of your XSite.  This handy tool is easy and intuitive to use and includes powerful capabilities like being able to group contacts into categories for easy follow-up or marketing efforts. Most importantly, the Contacts database is where you can control the client accounts on your site.

To access contacts through your XSite, just log into the My Office screen, and then click Contacts in the toolbar at the top.  You can also access your contacts through CertMail's WebMail interface. 

		Hint: If you prefer, you can have your Contacts displayed in a separate window, while you continue to work on other aspects of your XSite. In the Contact View menu, click the small window icon. This opens a new window for your Contacts database and reverts your main window back to the My Office screen.
