Many lenders on the Mercury Network rely on proof of your appraiser credentials and sample work to judge between the appraisers they select for their preferred appraiser lists. In order to stand out from your competition, you should proactively provide copies of your appraisal license, E&O insurance, a resume, and sample work in your Mercury Network profile to help lenders as they select preferred appraisers. To update your Mercury Network profile with this information...

  1. In your user profile, click the Add link beside Attachments in the Mercury Network section.
  2. In the screen that appears, choose Appraisal License, E&O Insurance, Resume, or Sample Report from the Type of Document drop-down.

  3. Click Browse and navigate out to the document you want to attach to your Mercury Network profile. When you find it, click to select it and then click Open to start the upload process.
  4. Repeat this process for each type of document you want to provide in your Mercury Network profile and click OK when finished to save your changes.

To remove any of these documents from your profile at any later time, just visit your Appraiser XSite user profile and click the red X icon beside the document you wish to remove.
