Accepting Orders

If your clients order through your XSite, there's no need to accept an order as your XSite automatically accepts orders on your behalf. But, when clients place orders through other systems like the XSites Network (such as Ameriquest orders through RealEC) or by direct request in an e-mail (as with Rels/ValueIT) you need to acknowledge them. When you receive an order that requires acknowledgement an Acknowledge Order button appears in the main toolbar when you open the order in XSOM. Be sure to send back your acknowledgement within 24 hours of receiving the order. To do so...

1. Open the order in XSOM by either double-clicking the .ORD attachment you received in the order e-mail or double-clicking the entry for that order in your XSOM Orders list.
2. Once the order form is open, click Acknowledge Order. 
3. Choose to accept the order and then click OK.
4. In a moment, a confirmation of your order acknowledgement appears.  Click OK again to dismiss the confirmation.

Once the acknowledgement is complete, you can export the order to your formfilling software.
