Using the Valuation Support Services wizard (formerly Rels/ValueIT) you can be sure your report is complete and meets Valuation Support Services' standards. It provides step-by-step guidance so you can easily deliver your report, knowing that it's right the first time, every time.
Sending Reports from WinTOTAL |

To deliver reports to Valuation Support Services (VSS) from WinTOTAL...
- With your report open in WinTOTAL, click Deliver Report,
Using any XSite Order Manager Plugin from the
menus.
- From the Report Delivery screen, select Valuation Support Solutions and click Next.
- In the WinTOTAL Print screen, mark the pages you wish to send to VSS. Once the appropriate pages have been selected, click OK to generate the PDF report.
Once the PDF is complete, WinTOTAL automatically launches the VSS delivery wizard.

If you use something other than WinTOTAL to create your reports…
- Create a PDF of your appraisal report in your formfilling application as if you were going to deliver it to a client using regular e-mail.
- After the PDF is created, close the file and launch the XSite Order Manager application.
- Click the Plugins icon in the toolbar. Then, click the All Plugins tab.
- Under Source Plugins, click to select the plugin for your
appraisal software.
- Under Destination Plugins, scroll down to the Lenders and AMCs section and select Valuation Support Services
- Click Begin to start the delivery process.
- In the screen that appears, read through the brief explanation and then click Next.
- Click Browse and locate your report in its native format (not the PDF). Then, select it and click Open.
- Click Next to continue with the process.
- Now, you need to match the report file up with the PDF you created earlier. Click Browse and locate the PDF file. Then, select it, and click Open.
- Click Next to continue.
- XSOM scans the report, converts certain data into XML and displays a representation of the report’s major form in a screen. Review the converted report and click Next if you're satisfied with the conversion. Otherwise, click Cancel and return to your formfilling software to correct the report.
- Once the conversion completes, click Next again to launch the VSS delivery wizard.
