SureReceipts

SureReceipts is our personalized report delivery solution. While it's designed to work much like traditional e-mail delivery, it adds the unique benefit of delivery confirmations so you can always ensure that your clients have received your reports.

The way it works is by sending your client an e-mail with a link to your appraisal report instead of an attached PDF. When your client clicks download, you receive a delivery receipt confirming that your client viewed or downloaded the report.  

		Hint: For best results, only use SureReceipts with clients that don’t place their appraisal orders online.  For those that do, XSite Delivery is the better method as it comes complete with all the features of SureReceipts, but reinforces the value of your site by directing your clients there for pickup.

	SureReceipts Delivery from WinTOTAL

To deliver a report through SureReceipts using WinTOTAL...

1. In WinTOTAL, click Deliver Report, Using WinTOTAL’s SureReceipts from the menus. 
2. Mark the pages you wish to send to your client, and click OK.
3. After the PDF is created, the SureReceipts Wizard appears.  Click Next after reading the introductions and compose your message.  
4. Fill out the delivery details including the recipient name, e-mail address, property information, and order information.
   
   
   
5. Type a message into the body of your e-mail or use one of your custom message templates.
6. Once your message is composed, click Next to continue.
7. Click Finish and stand-by as XSOM sends your report to your client.

Once your client clicks the link in the e-mail, a message is sent to you indicating that the file was indeed downloaded.

 

	SureReceipts Delivery from Other Programs

To deliver a report through SureReceipts using other formfilling software programs…

1. Create your PDF as you normally would and take note of where you save it.
2. Open XSite Order Manager and click Plugins.
3. Choose the source plugin for your formfilling software and the SureReceipts destination plugin.  Then, click Begin.
4. Once you have read the plugin instructions, click Next.
5. In the screen that appears, browse to and select your report file in its native format (not PDF). Once you navigate to its location, click to highlight it, click Open, and then click Next.
6. Now, browse out to and select the PDF copy of your report. Click Browse again – this time to search for the PDF that matches the appraisal report you selected in the previous step.  Click Next to continue.
7. XSOM converts your report into XML. Once the conversion finishes, you have the opportunity to check the accuracy of the major form’s conversion to XML. Scroll through the report in the provided window or click Full Screen to open a larger view. (If you choose to view the major form in Full Screen mode, you must click Close to return to the Source plugin screen. When you are satisfied that the report converted accurately, click Next.
8. Click Next again to initiate the SureReceipts plugin.
9. Read the plugin instructions and click Next.
10. Fill out the delivery details including the recipient name, e-mail address, property information, and order information.
11. Type a message into the body of your e-mail or use one of your custom message templates. Then, click Next.
12. Click Finish and stand-by as XSOM sends your report to your client.
