Send a Message to the Client |

When you need to communicate about an order with the client, you can do so
when viewing the order details in your XSite.
To send a message to the client...
- Log into your XSite admin, hover your cursor over Business
Management in the top toolbar and then click Orders
in the toolbar that drops down.
- From your order manager, find and double-click the order you wish to
update.
- On the toolbar, click Message.
- Now, there are a couple of possibilities:
- If the order was not placed in double-blind mode, you
can type a subject, a message, then click Send.
- If the order was placed in double-blind mode, you'll need to select the
appropriate message(s) from a list using check-boxes. Once you've selected
the message that addresses your situation, click Send.
Either way, the message, timestamp, and the user who sent it will be
displayed in the order history.
