If you're planning a vacation or road trip that will take you away from your
business for some period of time, you can set CertMail up to automatically
respond to any e-mail you receive with an out of office notice. To do so...
- From CertMail, click the
Options icon
in the toolbar.
- Scroll down to the Out of Office Configuration section.
- Type the body of the message you want to use as your out-of-office
notification into the Text to include box.
- Type or select Start and End dates and
then set the Enable Out of Office Auto Response setting to
Yes.
- Click Save (at the top of the screen) when finished to
apply your changes.
