Using standard message text in reports you deliver can be a great way to consistently send a standardized message to your clients while still including report specific information in each message.  To set up your standard message text…

  1. Begin delivering your report using the SureReceipts or XSite Delivery plugins.
  2. When you arrive at the Compose E-mail step, check the Include Standard Message Text box and click the Standard Message button.
  3. In the screen that appears, type a message in the top box. 
  4. Then, check each box beside report fields you’d like to include in the body of your e-mail.

  5. Finally, type your “signature block” in the last text box and click OK.

Now, each time you send a report, this standard text is automatically inserted into the message and you can easily edit this text in the future if necessary.  If you need to disable your standard message at any time, just uncheck the Include Standard Message Text box in the Compose E-mail step of SureReceipts or XSite Delivery.
