If you want to charge a credit card for an appraisal order you've completed on your XSite you need to enable the credit card processing tools on your XSite first. Then, to charge a credit card for an order on your XSite...
- From your XSite's order manager, find and double-click the desired order in the list.
- Above the Order Details pane, click the
Billing menu and select Charge
Card.
- Now, simply fill out the client contact and credit card information and click Charge Credit Card to process the charge.
