Record Partial Payments

If you need to record a partial payment for an individual order via your XSite:

1. From your XSite’s invoicing tools, find the invoice you wish to update and double-click it to edit it.
2. Scroll down to the Payments section, and add the payment type, date, amount, and description to the available fields. Then, click Add to record it. 
3. When finished, click Save in the toolbar to update your invoice.
