To identify the appraisal and report type, many appraisers prefer to overlay
the words “Summary Appraisal Report” at the top of the form. If you want to
overlay a phrase on your appraisal report…
- Print your report in the usual way.
- When the Aurora Print Engine appears, check the Print a Summary
Phrase box in the Report Options pane on the right.
The Edit link beside this option then enables you to specify
the phrase you want to overlay on your report.
- When finished, click OK to apply your changes and print
your report.
