If you want to evaluate your comps based off their proximity to the subject property, you can place the comps in your report onto a location map for reference. To do so…
- From the side-by-side comps view, click Map in the toolbar.
- In the Maps Wizard, confirm the property addresses and
click Next.
- Modify your map as desired using the Annotate tools in the Location Map Options pane.
- Click Finish when you’re done referencing the map.
- Finally, you’re prompted to add the reference map to your report’s digital workfile for safekeeping. Click Yes to add it to your workfile or click No to simply close the Map Wizard.
