Once you’ve started the
AppraisalPort delivery process, the AppraisalPort Wizard opens to carry you
through the rest of the delivery process.

Note: When delivering to AMC's in an AI
Ready format, you will need to deliver the .ENV file created by the
delivery process as an attachment to an e-mail rather than attempting to
upload the file to AppraisalPort's website. |

The AppraisalPort Delivery Wizard |

|
- Once you’ve read the AppraisalPort Delivery Introduction, click
Next.
- The wizard first verifies the order number and your appraiser ID.
Review this information and click Next.
- Since the AppraisalPort format does not support all form types, the Wizard
shows you a list of supported forms so you can select the forms you wish to
include in the report. Check the boxes beside the supported forms you wish to
include and click Next to continue.
- Find the AppraisalPort order in the list provided and click to select it.
If you can't find your order in the provided list, mark the No Order
Available option at the bottom of the screen. Then, click
Next to continue.
- If the AppraisalPort plugin cannot find a signature file attached to your
report, you may be prompted to browse out the the Appraiser and Supervisor
signature files on your computer. Click Browse to navigate
out to the appropriate files. When you find the files, click
Open to select them. To always use this signature file when
delivering to AppraisalPort, mark the Reuse this Signature
box beside each signature. Then, click Next to continue.
- Click Finish to complete conversion and open the OADI
viewer.
- When you're ready to send your report, just click Send if
you're delivering directly to AppraisalPort OR click Save to
save a copy of the .ENV file to your computer that you can e-mail
independently from WinTOTAL if you're delivering to an AMC that uses the AI
Ready format.

Note: The OADI viewer is an FNC
product. If you experience difficulties delivering your report through the
OADI viewer, you must contact FNC for further assistance. |
