One of the “hidden” benefits of installing the Vault tools is the ability to view report information directly through Windows. If you are unsure which file you want to send, use your right mouse button to click the file and select the Properties option from the menu. In the property sheet that appears, click the Report Info tab to view critical information about that file, including the property address, file number, major form, etc.
