TOTAL Sketch's floorplan tools also provide a way for you to create a floorplan tour to complement your listings presentations. To create a floorplan tour you can upload to your website...

  1. First, draw a complete floorplan with TOTAL Sketch's sketching tools.
  2. Add any room information about the property to the Room Analysis tool in TOTAL Sketch.
  3. When finished adding data to your listing file, click the Listing tab in an open file to view your floorplan tour.


  4. As necessary, you can adjust the size of the floorplan tour by selecting a different Display Resolution from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. By default, TOTAL Sketch uses a display resolution of 1024x768 (by far the most common display resolution).

 

     
 

Uploading the Tour to Your Website

 
     

To upload the floorplan tour to your website...

  1. In an open listing file in TOTAL Sketch, click the Listing tab.
  2. In a complete floorplan tour, click Deliver in the upper right corner of the Listing tab.
  3. In the screen that appears, select the method you want to use to deliver the floorplan tour to your website. Options include:
    • Host This Listing on My XSite -If you own an XSite, you can upload the listing directly to your site. To attach it to your XSite...
      1. Click Login and type in your XSite Username and Password. If you always want to upload listings to the same XSite, check the Remember My Login Information box.
      2. Click Login and, if necessary, select the appropriate XSite from the Domain Name drop-down list. Then, click Login again.
      3. Select the listing to which you want to attach the floorplan tour from the Listing drop-down menu.
      4. Type a Page Name for your floorplan tour page into the provided box.
      5. Click OK to upload the floorplan tour to your website.
    • Create a New Dedicated Website for the Listing with Property XSites - Creates a new dedicated website for the property using Property XSites. To purchase a Property XSite and attach the floorplan tour to it...
      1. Click OK.
      2. If prompted, fill in your XSite Username and Password and then click Login.
      3. When the online store appears, complete your Property XSite purchase.
      4. When finished, click Close in the upper right corner.
      5. Back in the main delivery screen again, click OK and click Yes to confirm that you want to upload your floorplan tour to your new Property XSite.
    • Export This Listing as an HTML File - If you're hosting your website with another website provider, you can use this option to create an HTML file you can upload to your website. To export the HTML file...
      1. Click OK.
      2. In the screen that appears, Browse out to the location on your computer where you want to store the HTML file.
      3. Click Export to save the file.
