While TOTAL Sketch does provide a stock list of the most common labels
appraisers use in their sketches, there may be certain labels that do not exist
in TOTAL Sketch's default labels list that you will need on an ongoing basis.
For just that purpose, TOTAL Sketch includes a way to create your own
custom-tailored, quick access labels list. To do so...
- In a sketch, click the
Labels list in the top toolbar and select Edit
List from the menu that appears.
- Edit the list as necessary. Changes you can apply to your custom labels
list include:
- Creating new labels - To create a new label, click
Add, type the desired label, and click OK
to save it to your custom labels list.
- Removing unwanted labels - To remove an unwanted label,
click to select it in the list and then click Delete to
remove it. Bear in mind that you can only Delete custom
labels that you create.
- Altering existing labels - While you cannot remove
TOTAL Sketch's stock labels, you may need to adjust them to suit the needs
of your locale. To reword any label in the list, click to select it, click
Edit, type in your preferred label text, and click
OK to save the change.
- When finished, click OK to save your changes.
