Open Files

You can open files in TOTAL for Tablet PC from either the File Manager or from within another file in TOTAL for Tablet PC.

 

To open a file from the File Manager...

1. From the File Manager, find the file you wish to open.
2. Then, you can open the file in three different ways:
   • Click the file to highlight it and then click Open Report.
   • Double-click the file.
   • Right-click the file and choose Open from the menu.

 

To open a file from within another file...

1. With a file open in TOTAL for Tablet PC...
   • Click the Menu and select File, Open.
   • Click the Open button from the main toolbar in the upper left corner.
     
     
2. Use the File Manager to select the file you want to open and click Open Report.
