TOTAL for Tablet PC provides an array of options you can define to design your optimal inspection and sketching experience. We’ve gone to great lengths to make the application as widely useful as possible right out of the box, but we recognize that every appraiser has unique needs and habits. There are two ways you can access TOTAL for Tablet PC's preferences:
- Click Menu and choose Tools, Preferences or press F5.
- Click the Preferences icon in the top
toolbar.
From there, the preferences are divided up into several sections including:
- General - Startup mode, window position and other settings.
- Draw - Define your wall colors, styles, and other drawing options.
- Grid - Control how TOTAL for Tablet PC uses the sketch grid to help you draw better sketches.
- Print - Print settings, and options to include additional information on your output.
- Photos - Control the WinTOTAL photo forms and sizes associated with the images in your TOTAL for Tablet PC file.
- QuickLists - Specify which set of QuickLists TOTAL for Tablet PC should use and enable convenient access to QuickLists.
