iPhone to be essential to their day to day activities, XSites come equipped with
special text messaging capabilities specifically for iPhone users. When you
enable text messages to your iPhone, XSites routes any new leads that come in
through the forms on your XSite directly to your mobile phone so you can manage
the lead effectively with a few quick clicks. To manage leads via your
iPhone...
- Enable text messages to your
iPhone through your XSite's user manager.
- Once they're enabled, any time someone fills out any of the lead
generation forms on your XSite, your XSite routes that directly to you as a
text message on your iPhone. When you receive a lead on your iPhone, click the
link at the bottom of the SMS message to open up your XSite's iPhone tools.

- In the screen that appears, you have several options:
- Click View Details for full contact details and your
prospect's comments.
- Click Remind me later and select a reminder time to
schedule a reminder about this lead into your XSites calendar. Or click the
Custom time option in the list to type in an exact amount
of time in days, hours, and minutes that you'd like your XSite to wait
before it sends you another reminder.
- To assign the lead into one of your XSellerate campaigns, click
Assign to XSellerate campaign and select the campaign to
which you want to add the lead.
- To assign the lead to another representative at your office, click
Assign to another agent and select the agent out of your
user list.
